The hotel is very close to the university, offering nice, warm, and clean rooms with a good breakfast selection. The service was kind and friendly despite some minor inconveniences. The location is excellent with good airport and city center connections, but not right next to a subway. The dining experience provided a reasonable continental buffet. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy, and the location was perfect, near downtown and Hamburg University. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The dining options were fine, but the facilities could use a bit more maintenance. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
